Turtle Mountain Community College’s  Career & Technical Education Department
proudly presents a meticulously crafted home, measuring 30’ x 68’ with a 2’ x 26’ bump out, totaling
2092 square feet. This student-led project showcases a modern design, featuring three bedrooms, two-
and-a-half baths, and an inviting open floor plan seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and living
areas. The spacious layout boasts a vaulted ceiling, while the master bedroom offers a private retreat
with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Constructed with precision, the house incorporates green
and energy-efficient materials, embodying sustainable building practices.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum Bid: $132,000.00
  •         TMCC reserves the right to reject any or all bids
  •         Bidding Opens: May 21, 2024
  •      Bidding Closes: June 18, 2024 at 12:00 noon
  •      Bid Opening: June 19, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Central Time, TMCC Boardroom

Bid Process:

  • Submit sealed bids stamped by TMCC to Tracy Azure, TMCC Comptroller

 

General Provisions:

  • Purchase with cashier’s check or money order payable to Turtle Mountain Community College, House Project, within 10 business days of bid award
  • Buyer responsible for arranging and covering moving expenses
  • House sold as is; TMCC not liable for damages during moving
  • House must be relocated off TMCC property within 30 days of purchase
  • All documents subject to review by TMCC legal firm
  • Contract established upon acceptance of final bid
  • Buyer to secure insurance post-contract signing
