Linda Marsh earned a Ph.D. in Teaching and Learning with a concentration in pre-school children with special needs from the University of North Dakota. Both her Master of Science Degree and her Bachelor of Science Degrees are from Minot State University. Linda’s Master of Science Degree is in Severe and Multi-handicapped and her Bachelor of Science Degree is a double major in Elementary Education and Mental Retardation. Linda has worked as a teacher, consultant, coordinator of ND State Deaf/Blind Services, and special education coordinator. She is employed at Turtle Mountain Community College in the Department of Teacher Education as an elementary teacher.
