Cathie Gladue is a citizen of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa. She is married to Charles Gladue; they have five grown children, 22 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Cathie is the Director for the Professional Development for Elementary Education (PDEE) program. She joined the teacher education department in 2009. Cathie has been in elementary education since 1980. Cathie’s educational background includes teaching and administration. Additionally, Cathie owns a small business.

Cathie earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from Mayville State University and a Master’s in Administration from the University of North Dakota.
