Management Certificate


A certificate program represents completion of a one-year curriculum in a prescribed career-technical program.

This curriculum provides applied management coursework to graduate a professional who can fill a responsible managerial position.

Management Associate of Arts (A.A)


Associates of Arts Degrees in Management are awarded to students who complete courses consisting of a combination of management, business, marketing, general education courses and other introductory level material in preparation for transfer to baccalaureate programs.

The management curriculum provides the knowledge to plan, organize, lead, conceptual skills and control resources across various perspectives.

Program Outcomes:
  • To complete training courses that will lead to completion of an Associates of Arts Degree.
  • Apply management principles.
  • Apply management skills from an entrepreneurial perspective.
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making skills in the basic areas of business, strategy and operations.
  • Demonstrate personal leadership roles, functions and styles.
  • Demonstrate human relations skills.
