I am unable to open .docx, .xlsx and .pptx files on my computer!
File names like .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, etc., were created using Microsoft Office 2007. If your computer does not have MS-Office 2007 installed, you will not be able open these files. However, Microsoft has developed a utility called Office Compatibility pack, which can be downloaded here and installed on your computer. You will then be able to open and edit these types of files.

Is my user account for accessing college campus computers the same as my email user account and my Jenzabar user account?
Your user account for accessing campus computers at the college is the same as your email account. So you can use the same user ID and password for them. However, your Jenzabar account will have a different user ID and password that you will receive from the IT Department.

Do I need to take Jenzabar LMS orientation?
All students that plan to take online classes are required to participate in a Jenzabar orientation class which can be taken online or face to face at TMCC. If you have already taken the Jenzabar LMS orientation, you don’t have to take it again. Face to face orientation will be scheduled at the beginning of each semester during registration.
