Position Title: GED Instructors

Salary: $17.00 per hour
Requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Elementary/Secondary) with experience teaching in the areas of mathematics and writing skills.
Must be available to work flexible hours (morning, afternoon, and/or evening). Major duties include: enroll, assess, and evaluate each student upon entry of program; instruct students in all academic areas required for the State GED Examination, as well as other areas according to yearly proposal guidelines; maintain record(s) of student attendance and progress; coordinate GED testing dates with program director/Chief Examiner and according to state and program testing requirements; and other duties as assigned according to yearly program plan.
