Terri Martin-Parisien, a member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, has focused her career on issues that pertain to Indigenous Peoples. As a social worker, she received advanced training on ‘systems of care’ from Native American women mentors, opening the door to unconventional solutions. Currently, Terri is building capacity in research and evaluation. Terri has a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota, Hubert H. Humphrey Institute, and a Bachelors degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota.
