Monique Vondall-Rieke is a member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, where she also serves in an appointed Appellate Justice position for the Turtle Mountain Tribal Court of Appeals. Ms. Vondall-Rieke is also the Director of the Native Media Center at the University of North Dakota. She holds an Associate of Arts from the Turtle Mountain Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Dakota and a Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Ms. Vondall-Rieke's specialty area is Legal Research and Writing, Restorative Justice, and all areas of tribal law.
